BenFTW 58 Posted February 6, 2012 I like the concept and its an over all nice piece when it comes to colors, though in the same hue you seem to always be able to work with monochromatic colors. (and make it work) A little suggestion though, make the mermaid more a part of the piece.(environment) She looks like she is floating instead you should manipulate the LP to have her sitting on a rock. It doesnt look like she is standing and even if you look at it as her standing up on her tail it isnt blurred enough to add depth to make it look that way. I like the painting feel it gives off.
