It looks really cool, and the effects are nice.

 

But why have you saved it as a .jpg, dude? It looks to me like it's lowered the quality Go re-save it as a .png :P

Actually, .PNG file makes my desktop bad, so I saved it as .JPG, and then guess what, I forget to save the PSD file :P

What happens when I save as .PNG, there is a blue background under the icons :P

Right Click on My Computer Icon and Click on Properties,

 

Click on advanced tab and click on settings under the Performance

 

 

Under Visual Effects, select the option that says "Let Windows chose whats Best For My Computer"

 

Alternatively If you are using custom Setting, Make sure that the option that says

"Use Drop Shadows for icon labels on the desktop" is checked

I searched for that on google, my graphics drivers has to do with that :(
