My ps is in spanish but I try to explain it.Now, when I use Adjustment Layer(color) and I wan´t that it do not block the light , I doubled the layer. One color mode and I the Adjustment Layer I delete, in the area of the light ,on the mask layer .Or you can also be done, selecting the color and paint mode of fusion.. (divide, separate color?).
