looks great, i think it's really cool... love the concept of it but what caught my eye is the squareness of the splatter brush.  It looks a little too semetrical to me.

i like the idea and what u were trying to achieve,

there is too much negative space and text placement is off,

not sure about the drop shadow as well,

 

not bad but needs some tweaking, well done
