Cover for my Novel - WIP

A question: If you saw this as the cover for a book, what would you assume the book to be about? Obviously this is all super messy at the moment, but it's a first draft, and I want to gauge people's opinions of whether it portrays the novel well enough. An image obviously says a thousand words, and immediately captures the imagination.

So, without any further information - what is this novel about?!

I would say this book is about magic, romance, or both personally. One of the two characters involved either is a necromancer or is fighting one.

 

I'm probably nowhere near the target am I? :P

 

I will say this: It's a great cover! It's intriguing enough where I'd pick it up and see what it was about without knowing anything else about the author or title

I say it portrays lust.

I would say a love affair that has turned very dark and disturbing.  Lust, betrayal, and murder

There's so many different colors going on. You can see the black on her hair and the skulls are yellow with a tint of green and doesn't match. I would lower the opacity of the black shadow on the girl's back. The view of the girl in the front is a different skin tone than the girl in the back and maybe try finding a good fire stock you can use. Everything just kind of seems place ont top of each other. This has amazing potential. Excited to see the updated version.

Lol Kliddy, it's still a first draft dear. Nothing has been cut out clearly (I did say that in my first post) XD I'm gathering people's opinions of the theme first before I properly cut anything. If the image does not properly portray the novel, then I may not continue with it.

Oopsies. What I got from this was that a good girl at once may have been cheated on, became quite the pass around and other husbands were cheating on their wives with her. 

 

Then she died.

 

And went to hell.
