I made my 1st wallpaper of 'Graphic Avenue' which I am running. Resolution/size 1024x768.

So how does it look?

Lustre

Looks good! A few parts seem a little LQ though ...

If you're making wallpapers for others to use, I don't think anybody uses 1024x768 anymore - I'd start looking at 1920x1080, 1680x1050, etc.

The Pulse

Looks good, although the GA looks like it's a bit pixelated.

The GA text is choppy. Try using Illustrator to trace it or create it at a higher resolution and scale down. I also have a bit of issue with the Graphic Avenue font on the bottom, it just doesn't fit the mood imo. You have this nice smooth, mystical tone to the piece with the effects and lighting, but then the flowery font just doesn't mesh well for me.

But the effects themselves are awesome though. That smudge(?) work on the sides of the typography are wicked sick.

Nice job!
