Light help needed

Hi guys I am experimenting with light trying to get a natural feel to it, this is the second method I have tried any chance you could give an opinion on it cheers clob

yeh the placement  is good but like maniak said the light is too intense for how far the guy would be from the lamp

also consider that the light travels between the empty space between your source and your render, it wouldnt just be the right side of the guys face that would be lit, but the whole image
