The lighting on the guy just seems really off. It's too cool and there's too much light behind him and not enough in front (in the original photo of him that was taken). Other than that it's really nice though. Very cool feel to it.

nice piece :'>... although the blur is necessary in the BG i would tone it down just a tad bit... you don't want it to be to blurry.. kiu
