The big problems for me are that the color near the middle / bottom is far too pink. The top seems a bit too foggy, making it hard to see any focal points. The soldiers don't have shadows (oops), and the tree / rock in the middle isn't blended much near the bottom. I like the concept though, kiu!

Nothing to really add here H other than it still looks like a "work in progress" imo as the blending/lighting/shadows need brought together i think. Really nice start this is though ;)

before i add the soldiers/cliff and the rock thing everything was looking great after 30 mins of playing with the colors and everything i got dizzy , be it from the many colors or not , i do not know,So i said since tis just a practise piece , i should drop it and rest a bit :P. I agree with you guys.

Agree with the comments, but for first effort mate it's pretty impressive just needs to be tied together as mentioned, shadows, lighting, blending of various elements.  Not sure if you can use same method but with PM's I generally add the elements first in a rough compo layout then try and get them in at least similar shades tones and light, then tie it altogether at the end with GM's and adjusemnt layers.

KIU mate nice work :)

Well good attempt m8 ,think from top to the waterfalls looks nice then from there down it dont really work,i would have removed the tree/rock formation as off balances the piece, maybe a whirlpool in the water instead with the soldiers would have balanced better but kiu :<img src=:'>

I agree the colors could use a little work, I also think the clouds/fog need a bit of work.  Look at references of actual fog.  Things nearer to your viewpoint should be less foggy.  There's no depth to the fog, it's just kind of blotched everywhere.  You've also got what looks like a least 3 different water textures going on and they're all contradicting each other.  This is really very good for a first try, but it's those nitpicky little details that you need to make a matte painting truly believable.
