Really eye catching. Would never have thought of burnt umber with cerise but they do complement each other well.

Nice work Sarge :<img src=:'>

It is a great piece Sarge. Great colours and amazing concept. Love the tentacles.

That being said, I think you're caught somewhere between ethereal-like tentacles and octopus ones. Personally I'd suggest you pick one of the two and I'm balancing ever so slightly to the octopus ones. For that reason I think you should make them look a bit more glistening.

Overall though it's pretty damn solid. Gotta love Kerrigan ^^

It's not a tut, but have added a psd release in the PPResource pack which should be released soon, that give you a pretty good idea of how they are put together ;)

Pimped Pixels was founded in 2010 by Maniak, Asura, Cliffbuck and Evilangel. Shortly afterwards Mikey jumped onboard and joined the team. We are a group of friends with a passion for art and a need to help others by sharing. The site started with just the four and in a short while grew to a community of over 4000 members. Everyone is welcome here, from complete beginners to all out professionals. We have something for everyone. Our aim is to give everyone with the "bug" a place to learn, make friends and share their passion.
