The perspective seems pretty off.  I'm assuming that was intentional but it looks a little funky to me.  It also looks a little odd that the only two shapes touching are his body and the one record whereas his head and body aren't even touching.  I might try putting space there.  Very interesting concept though.  Nice work!

Funky was what i was going with this and partly why i've hit a block on how to use it now as my thought process didn't get that far that day lol

 

other than a concept for a DJ at rave concert or something like lol
