Finally completed the layout. Here it is. Comments are welcomed. And yes this is my first web layout. So don't be harsh. Brightness Contrast issue as it is made for white bg.

I'm not really into web layouts but in my opinion the part of the pic where those two shake hands should be a little more dark...
