iggie 10 Posted June 19, 2019 This image is the reason I found pimped-pixels! I am really weak on poses/composition/emotions in my art - just find all that hard... so I searched up some tutorials on comic book cover art composition and found my way here Didn't quite manage to get a purist Circle or Triangle composition, but I did take note to get all the characters busy mid-action and use a lot of foreshortening. I would have gone with a tighter crop on the top half, but couldn't resist showing his coat blowing around. CnC welcome.
Mikey 1,238 1 Item Posted June 19, 2019 This is very cool. Are these characters you created? Looks like a fun program to use. Nice work.
 Awards
EntemberDesigns 982 Posted June 19, 2019 Yeah good stuff man. They look well sculpted and have interesting poses.
 Awards
Freya 2,561 Posted June 20, 2019 The only CnC I can give is that the hands could do with posing a little better, but, I like the characters, expressions and lighting. Nice work!
 Awards
iggie 10 Posted June 21, 2019 The characters themselves are side-characters from a game I'm working on. They are an Arsonist and a Hacker who help the player's heroine through the adventure. This isn't in-game art - more of a chance to explore their characters a bit. It's all drawn/sculpted from scratch and I do tend to get a bit impatient with the details like the hands... there is a good reason they don't have feet! Here's a banner from the game. This illustration is by another artist, but I did the logo (I've done endless revisions on the logo - its gradually getting better).
