I agree with mk as , well kinda reminds me of that old game ... one of these images just dont belong here,  and you have multipl tone, kinda needs a color adjustment , or play a bit with the lookup tables when you get to this stage , to bring the image colors to synch.    there are a lot of decent youtube guys that can give you good examples of this ..

here are a couple i used to gaze at here and there at times..

plenty more ,  i tend to go to these 3 more often for a mind spark.

Don't know how to suggest to make this better like the rest but it looks good to me. Blends together nicely and is good quality.

I agree with whats been said about the background not fitting. I might redo it with something else and maybe add some more objects. Also attached is the version without any color adjustments or lighting, just for comparison.

I think it looks cool, but the perspective is off. Everything is so sharp and crisp, so it make it look semi flat. I like the highlights, I think they add something eerie to the piece. I just think shadows, and depth are something that need to be worked on! I think it would really take your work to a whole nother level!

About Us

Pimped Pixels was founded in 2010 by Maniak, Asura, Cliffbuck and Evilangel. Shortly afterwards Mikey jumped onboard and joined the team. We are a group of friends with a passion for art and a need to help others by sharing. The site started with just the four and in a short while grew to a community of over 4000 members. Everyone is welcome here, from complete beginners to all out professionals. We have something for everyone. Our aim is to give everyone with the "bug" a place to learn, make friends and share their passion.

Congratulations to iEatB4breakfast for winning this weeks SOTW
