Decent work buddy I think you got talent but more practice is needed. Render/skull is over blended with the BG, maybe to make it stick out a bit. Text is a bit too big compared to the render, maybe pay more attention on the composition. I would say that color scheme is a bit flat and dull, try to play around with colors so design can get more interesting. Whole design has this low quality feel to it, maybe practice with applying textures and opacity so textures can actually improve the look of your design. Overall it is a good piece but requires some improvements. Keep it up buddy

Yup for sure new one is better but i'm not over keen on the choice of font used

The new version is a lot better! I am not digging the random light spot in the left upper corner. but that might be me :P
