I was going through the resources on this website and downloaded a whole bunch of backgrounds and effects when i came along a background of a heart on fire. And instantly i thought, "Oh what a magnificient piece that represents a burning desire for something." When someone has a "burning" desire for something they are committed to it. They want it with their whole entire being. Whether it be love, money or spirituality. Whatever it may be they will go for it at all costs. They perservere. They set goals and they take action. The only thing to get in their way is them, anything outside of them is but the bug on a windshield of a car driving 80mph. Their entire self desires it, it is in their dreams, their thoughts, and whether they realise it or not, in their subtle actions. The piece represents that desire being unbreakable, being strong, bright, and letting you know nothing may quench that desire. Nothing will put out that fire. Thorn 23 Posted April 1, 2011 I really like it, although I'm not to sure about the waves and the reflection of the burning heart in them. That whole area looks kind of LQ. Kim 434 Posted April 1, 2011 I'll go harsh on this one, OK? Don't cry later. The concept is good but effects are really messy. Look at the BG, there are some effects didn't match with the planet/space. Also colors needs work. Maybe a few g-maps/photo-filters can help ya about the color blending.
