BenFTW 58 Posted April 10, 2011 Let me be brutally honest with you. The focal looks amazing. The bottom, where the flowers and grass and all that, look horrible. It needs work. Let me repeat so you get me, your focal the whole indian with all the trees looks AMAZING, however your grass,flowers, and the line inwhich the flowers meet the sky (like a horizon line) isnt done well. Atleast more so for me, on the bottom right, it looks like it doesnt transition as smoothly as the left side. Also whats with rhe random patch of bright green grass on the bottom? Anyways, KIU. I really do like that nature look and appreciate the creative concept. Also you see how the middle tree is a more vibrant green, you should strive to make all or most of the trees that vibrant green. Then again, i see why only that tree is vibrant so it draws your eyes to the focal.. so idk, you'd have to mess with it. +rep Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

BenFTW 58 Posted April 10, 2011 Okay, now that you reposted it (You should have kept the old one and the new one so people could see the improvement) the green spot still looks a little brighter. Also the bottom right flowers to sky transition is still off. What you could do is use the clone stamp and take the left side's transition of flowers to sky and paste it over onto the right side. Just in certain spots of course. The clone stamp could help with a lot of blending here. Especially in that bright green spot on the bottom right we were talking about. Only thing I would change is I would lighten the skin tone on the face to match the tree a bit more also the chin in my opinion doesn't flow well with the tree.
