I agree that iot has good effects, flow, lighting as well, I also agree the effect needs a bit of work, instead of bright pink and purple it could be a nice brown color IMO, just to get the dust feel or you could have used some sparkle brushes to make her seem like a vampire. Text does need better placement, size is good though, brushings on the face are no good, also erase a few around the hair, and yeah it needs a BG, the way you have the BG is okay but lacks in depth, Keep It Up
