You don't really have to have a tablet to do it, i have a pen tooling tutorial on my DA to create them

But if your looking for a good tablet, check out Wacom

My only question is are these completely your work or just your coloring? If it's all your from start to finish then I'm even more impressed. The line art is very good anime, the coloring is fantastic as well especially in the last one!
